JIM's Corner
Hi All,
I hope you have all had good weeks - we have had some great products featured on the site this week. If you haven't managed to check out some of the reviews that have been posted on the site I would make sure you check out the Greneda Chocolate Co's first ChocolateMission outing and also take a look at Galler's Cafe Noir, both scored in excess of 8.5 out of 10!
If you are followiing me on Twitter you will have no doubt have seen the Weetabix competition I have been running this week. Winners will be announced Saturday evening so keep an eye for that. I'm sure a lot of you will be excited to hear that there is a Zotter competition in the pipeline! Keep an eye out for that.
Some readers recently have requested that I give you guys a sneak preview of what is to come this week. Well without giving the game away too much I have more coming from Galler, a 'Bits n Bobs' and also a new variety of Kit Kat Chunky :) I bet you weren't expecting that last one! Be sure to check in Monday for that.
Have great weekends
JIM

Great round up Jim! :)
Ive tried those Cluster pots, I saw them yesterday but they were reduced in Spar lol I really enjoyed it actually, interesting the cluster element wasnt just a portion of clusters, some bits were choc covered raisins and the other bit was 'ball' of cornflake.
There was another comp? How did miss that?
Jim have you managed to find a Twix Fino yet? I thought they were supposed to come out ages ago?
I've kept my eyes peeled but haven't had any luck as of yet.
Rxxx
That new coco-pops cereal is rubbish I wouldn't waste your time buying it. It tastes like cardboars, I hope they don't change all coco-pops to taste like that.
Jim its the big day :)
Who do you think is going to be champions this year ..... anyone but Utd I hope :)
I've been retweeting your reviews all week. I must stand a good chance of winning.
I did see the chocolate weetabix in asda yesterday but I didn't buy them because I thought I might win your competition lol.
Dx
lol Jim look at this article. Its quite funny how people getting so serious about classing things as chocolate biscuits or not http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/food/article-1302746/The-Bourbon-100--British-biscuits-losing-American-style-cookies.html?ito=feeds-newsxml
Can someone please explain to me what you need to do on twitter to enter these competitions. Jim keeps passing mention to them but I don't have a clue how to enter or work twitter. HELP
If anyone like those new cadburys clusters muller yoghurts you should try the new kit kat yoghurts that nestle have made.
The yoghurt goes so well with the balls of Kit Kat. Trust me they are very good.
Why does it say August 14th and 15th?
Do we not get a review again tomorrow. That sucks.
Thank You for another great week of reviews Jim. You wont believe how much time I spend browsing your website at work. It passes the time for me nicely.
Wow you have been a busy boy. Nice photographs on the Fruit and nut cadburys chocolate. That is one of the all time classics in my opinion.
I'm wondering what this new chunky kit kat is? Any clues you want to give us?
Thanks for our reviews this week Jim. Your dedication to your cause never ceases to amaze. Well done.
Do you like Pop Tarts Jim? You could review some of them. That would be cool to see.
Jim I have some locally made chocolates that I think you might like to try. Where would I send them to?
Maggs
Where can you buy those Cadburys chocolate roll things? They looks well tasty. I'm guessing they are going to be sold in the supermarkets correct?
New Kitkat? I'm presuming it's not a UK one. That salted caramel one sounds nice.
@Justin - yeah theyre widely available in supermarkets and any other shop that sells that kind of thing really :) they are very nice, they've been around along time now.
Its a great idea updating some of your old reviews but please don't replace the pictures of the old wrappers when you do. It is interesting to see how they develop over time.
Thats just my two cents anyway.
I also want some pop tart reviews. Make it happen Jim.
I also wanted to add my thanks to Duncan's. You do a great job keep it up boy :)
Who won your competition Jim? Can you post the winners up please.
Lazy Jim. Plain lazy. What am I supposed to do with my Sunday afternoon when I don't have a review to read?
Hey Jim, just a little request. Next time you review biscuits/cookies could you do some of the Fox's Chunky cookies? The choc chip fruit & nut ones are really tasty. Also their jaffa biscuits are really nice.
EVERYONE
Hi All,
I hope you have all had nice weekends. I have announced the latest winners of my Weetabix competition on my Twitter feed. Be sure to check that out.
Alan - I might try these desserts! A Cadbury themed bits n bobs desserts post might be called for. I think that would be pretty cool.
David - I run about one competition a week on Twitter at the moment. Sign up and keep an eye on it.
Rachel - No sign of the Fino yet. I too am keeping a look out for it.
Nigel - The football season is back indeed! I think Chelsea will win the premier league this year, but you never know! Lets just hope it is entertaining.
Golden - Nice article. Thanks for sharing. It's funny how being a cake/biscuit means financial implications.
Linda - 'Retweeting' means you resend one of my tweets to your followers. If you sign up it is a clear option to do once you have started following me. Sign up and play around and you should get it.
Mysterio - Sorry chap but this cuts considerable leg work for me at the weekends. I think it is only fair I get one day off a week :D It people have a real problem with it I will start the Sunday posts again.
Katie - Thanks for the nice words.
Ben - Log on tomorrow and you will find out :D
Richard - I will take that as a request chap. Noted.
Maggs - I feel really guilty taking chocolates off readers but if you insist drop me and e-mail ... jim@chocolatemission.net
Phil - You guys are getting warmer ... it is not from the UK ... but not Japan either!
Paul - I try not to if they are my own pictures. I have just done a whole load more today actually. I will tell you which ones next weekend.
Linda - winners were announced yesterday on Twitter!
Thanks everyone! The reviews start tomorrow with that Kit Kat Chunky flavour I have been teasing! Log on tomorrow to find out what I am going on about :D
