We love reviewing new and exciting chocolates here @ChocMission but we have to admit we take extra delight when they happen to be from Cadbury. This week we were contacted by one of Cadbury's PR teams who offered us the chance of trying this new Cadbury Dairy Milk Chips Ahoy! bar. As long time fans of both brands were were uber excited about this collaboration. If it was to be half as good as the Cadbury Dairy Milk Oreo then we knew they were going to be on to a winner.
You should be able to find this new Cadbury Dairy Milk Chips Ahoy! in all good supermarkets within the next month. A quick check on Tesco.com shows that it is already in distribution and if you are quick its likely you will find it on an introductory £1.00 deal. Your hard earned money will buy you a 120.0g bar packaged in the familiar Cadbury Dairy Milk matted foil wrapper. The bar looked and smelt delicious with the biscuit filling comparatively as prominent as the always generous Ritter Sport chocolates.
Overall this was well liked Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate that may not go down as a 'classic' but was unique enough to justify its existence. It is often the case these days that so called 'new' products happen to be repackaged existing products or ones that have been launched before and failed. This Cadbury Dairy Milk Chips Ahoy! was a totally new experience that didn't blow our socks off but we liked it nonetheless and would buy it again if the opportunity arose. Its one Dairy Milk fans should be trying when they can get hold of it.
