I dunno, I kinda thought the five wrapped bars a bit of a clever thought really - those Anthon Berg bars are wrapped like that too. Handy to carry a small bar around and as you say keeps them fresh and pristine, and you could even use them at a dinner party, as individual little bars of choc :)

Haha it is a poor mans version of Lindt ... but that is the point. You should be able to find that Lindt bar in Tesco. They just started listing it I think.

See I think David makes a good point here!? Aren't all the materials this packaging is made out of recycable? I will give you that it is possibly a little excessive wrapping the contents into 5 smaller packages.

I think you are right about this being a chocolate that might be liked by people who don't like their dark chocolate too strong.

I would suggest trying some of their flavoured bars! They are equally as good as the plain bars in my opinion.

I don't think it is comparable myself. They have their similarities but ultimately they are two very different brands. It is a bit like saying Cadbury and Galaxy are the same.

As I said in the review for 85% cocoa the bar was surprisingly subdued in its cocoa flavours.

It was a bit odd but ho hum it was still tasty nonetheless. Like I said to Alan it is possibly a chocolate for someone who wants to try a stronger dark chocolate (which isn't particularly strong).

I can add my vote of confidence to Moser Roth chocolate. For a line of chocolate that is supposed to appeal to people who can't afford the more premium brands they do a great job making it look the part.

This looks very nice , and although as you say the 85% didn't quite live up to the strength promised it would be ideal if you didn't like your dark chocolate too strong i imagine.

I agree with David about the packaging. I don't think it's excesive atall, and as he says it's all recycable and keeps the chocolate at optimum freshness, so much less waste of stale chocolate etc so infact is far more practical. Far better than some of the flimsy plastic wrappings found inside some of the nice looking boxes on the market!

Oh yum I didn't know Moser Roth did anything more than just normal chocolate bars. Infact I forgot to tell you that I tried their dark chocolate and orange chocolate not long after you reviewed it last year and was equally impressed.

You should try some of our discount brands soon.
