Wow I'm surprised people had trouble working out they were Rockys in the new packaging lol I didn't have a problem atall although I know the colour is a bit of a different shade.

That is a funny thing you notice there. It is crazy to think you can get 100 Rockys for a single box of Hotel Chocolat huh!? Saying that I know which one I would rather.

That is a real marketing 101 no-no isn't it! Rebranding your product so consumers don't recognise it is the ultimate mistake to make.

Sorry chap I stand by the rating.
For the price they are ok but I wouldn't go beyond that ... they are simply OK! I think there are far better chocolate biscuit products out there (see Kit Kat!!)

I don't have any real thoughts about the new wrappers myself. It is ok but I do get the readers point above that they aren't instantly recognisable as Rockys.

Good shout with the Club review I will get on the case.

I always preferred Kit Kats aswell but likewise I wasn't always lucky enough to have the choice.

I haven't ever heard of Toffeepops!? I will give them a google and see if my local supermarket sells them. They sound nice they way you have described them.

I like the oranage and mint clubs, don't mind the fruit but don't really like the chocolate ones with the layer of choc cream on the top lol

I'm kind of surprised this got a low score as the last time I had one I remember it being nice. Either they've changed the recipe or it's just difference in tastes.
One caramel biscuit I do enjoy is called 'Toffepops' by Burton's. The caramel is quite chewy and they're lovely dipped in coffee.

I loathed Rockys when I was younger. My brother always used to eat them and I would have the Kit Kats. The only ever time I used to have to have them was when mum got our packed lunchs mixed up. It was the biscuits bits that put me off them.

I like Rocky bars too, although I have a soft spot for the caramel ones lol. I always thought the caramel pretty tasty but I do agree about the size, they could be bigger and probably were.

You should have a go at reviewing Clubs, they've changed so many times in my lifetime I've lost count lol

I know what Nick means about the biscuit, it does have a slight coconut taste to it. I love the funky new wrappers, each bar has a different design on it which i think is kinda cool! It's actually changed twice, the new design is a slighty modified version of one they rolled out first (and mixed and matched with the one above which was a bit bizarre) which reminded me of a rock stars tatoo and was just the same design on each bar wrapper! lol

Jim how can you give the Rocky less than a score of 8. For the first time ever I think I actually disagree with you on one of your scores as I love the odd Rocky. I wont contect that they are the best chocolates ever but for the price they are incredible.
